Galley Hill Equine is your local, friendly Equine Practice providing comprehensive care to our patients in the field 24hrs a day, 7 days a week – whether it is a routine procedure or an emergency.

We provide a high standard of veterinary care to horses, ponies and donkeys visiting local livery yards, riding schools, studs or individual owners.

Our ambulatory veterinarian is equipped with portable digital x-ray, ultrasound units, endoscopy and motorised and manual dental equipment.

Gastroscopy can be arranged at our hospital facilities or at your yard.

Galley Hill Equine Surgery is accredited by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons. As an accredited practice, we have passed all our RCVS inspections which is repeated every 4 years.

For an Equine practice the standards reflects the requirements of a primary care practice which also aims to facilitate the achievement of high standards of clinical care, and encompass many of the facilities required for veterinary nurse training standards.
